I have lived in New Hampshire all of my life (so far). My family jokes that I have lived in all the New Hampshire “M” towns – Milford, Manchester, Meredith, and Merrimack. As a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, I bring a familiarity with local communities to my work as a Realtor.

My interest in land and real estate development emerged while I worked as a young man for a land surveying company. During my twelve years with this company, I earned my real estate license. I left surveying behind to pursue real estate full-time and obtained my brokers license in 1986. Signet Realty was opened in 1988 with a staff of five salespeople. At one time I also owned and operated a successful new construction building company, Hilary Homes. I have always had a fascination with real estate as I greatly enjoyed the process of seeing people’s dreams come to life.

I currently live in Milford, NH and own a vacation home in Meredith. My wife Lee and I have been married for nineteen years and have two beautiful daughters – Hilary age 16, and Alison age 13.  The Rush family enjoys boating on Lake Winnipesaukee and traveling to Prince Edward Island, Canada. I  have an eclectic range of hobbies from hunting for obscure Italian motorcycles on EBay to restoring antique wooden boats and looking at Canadian real estate. (I once drove through a blizzard in February to look at an old farmhouse in Prince Edward Island!)
